Bugs and requests

Both come straight to me. Pick one and the questions are already written for you.

Back to About

Something is wrong

A number that does not match what you got at the eyepiece is worth more to me than a bug report about a button.

  1. What I was doing
  2. What I expected
  3. What happened instead
  4. Where in the app (page or tool)
  5. My rig (scope, camera, mount)
  6. Browser and device

Write a bug report

Something is missing

Tell me what you are trying to do and how you do it now. That is what makes a feature fit real imaging instead of guessing.

  1. What I am trying to do
  2. How I do it today
  3. What would make it easier
  4. My rig (scope, camera, mount)

Write a feature request

Nothing you write here is sent through this site. Those buttons open your own mail app with the questions filled in, and you send it when you are ready. If you would rather write it yourself, write to support@astrobrain.net.
